Outbound Tele Caller – MNP Process
Customer Service Representative is responsible for meeting the revenue quota while providing excellent customer service to customers.
- Generate Postpaid Customer for Tata DoCoMo, by dialing on open market data and cold calling.
- Contact individuals by telephone to promote Tata DoCoMo Postpaid products, services.
- Solicit orders for Tata DoCoMo Postpaid Connection and services over the telephone.
- Explain the Tata DoCoMo Postpaid Plan to potential customers.
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer.
- Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.
- Provide Tata DoCoMo Postpaid pricing details.
- Handle customer questions.
- Obtain customer information including names and addresses.
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered.
- Input order details into the computer system.
- Record customer details and details of transaction.
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
Minimum Skill Requirements
From trainer’s perspective, in order for a representative to succeed in Service Desk, he needs to exhibit the following:
Candidates need to have excellent communication skills Hindi Marathi or English.

- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- With CSAT Account background
- Preferably with sales experience (outbound/ upselling or cross-selling)
- Has the potential to perform in a strong sales-driven environment
- Can drive sales while maintaining excellent customer experience
- Background in handling a multitasking account is highly desired
- Preferably not older than 35 years old
- Willing to work on a flexible shift schedule
